'After image' on the pocketbook pro 903

I have a 'problem' with my pocketbook pro 903.
I seems that the menu image is sort of 'burned' into the screen. I keep seeing the outer box lines. When the screen is white I can see slightly dark lines on the screen and when the screen is black they are slightly light.
I don't know if I make any sense, couldn't make a picture of it, but somebody else this problem and a way to fix it?

Thanks in advance,
Maarten Jacobs

This phenomenon is called "ghosting" and is quite common on E-Ink devices. To remove this artefacts the display sometimes flashes in black before the new page is displayed.
There is an option in -> Configuration to select the number of pageturns between a complete renewal.

In that case you better contact your vendor, this shouldn't happen

I have put a completely black image on the screen overnight and the 'ghost image' seems to be fading away. When it returns or won't completely go away I will contact the vendor.

Thanks for the input.
