Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.
As others have said, NO. Not in real ebooks as they only have imaginary on the fly generated pages.

A PDF can have real page numbers if it's the one used to print a particular physical paper edition. It might not match the edition in a bookshop or library today. PDFs are not ebooks. They are really a method to proof paper books on a screen, so are useless for most ereaders as any concept of reflowing the PDF to fit breaks the page numbering and the very reason why a PDF exists. Many PDFs can't be reflowed or sensibly converted to ebooks.

The ONLY universal way to cite an ebook is a chunk of text large enough to be unambiguously search for. It can be smaller if the ebook has a working Table Of Contents and chapters. Though having chapters at all is optional and up to the author.

So the request is meaningless by the very nature of real ebooks as the actual source content should have ZERO pagination. The size of screen, font size, line spacing, header, footer, side margins and justification options the user picks all determine the dynamic pagination. Only PDFs (or maybe wordprocessor source files) can be sensibly searched by page number anyway and PDFs are not ebooks, they are electronic WYSIWYG previews of paper printouts.
