Those who want a tablet with Amazon hardware and stock Android. People who prefer the Amazon hardware to the Nexus 7 hardware or who prefer the Amazon price to ipad pricing. You can view Amazon instant movies on a Nexus or ipad, you can read kindle books on both, etc.

yeah, you can also use a plain android interface rather than an integrated interface for a smooth Amazon experience.
