mkfs.ext3 /dev/mmcblk0p4
Then I modified /etc/fstab.
Kindle doesn't mount it. |

Did you modify the design of the system for the user storage area to be anything other than what it is?

You need to learn the dependencies of anything you intend to change.
Start by reading the message output (on the serial port) during system start-up. Then learn just exactly why that custom fuse layer is on top of that storage partition and what part it plays in the overall system. Embedded systems are much more closely integrated than a desktop system. |
