Question "7feLIJ view device book" in Calibre library

Sorry for the newbie question.
I find in my Calibre library, along with a list of my books, occasional items like this: "7feLIJ view device book." If I try to open it, there is nothing there, so I have been simply deleting them, but have been wondering lately if I should perhaps not be doing this, and that these are meant to convey some info to me. Would some kind person please explain these items to me?

You can delete it (it is a temporary file used when viewing books on the device). Though it should be in your temp folder not in your library folder. Have you set an environment variable changing the location of the temp folder?

Thanks much for your reply. I do not know what an environmental variable is, nor the temp folder. Is it possible to explain this to a moron?

Dont worry about it, just delete it, it's harmless.
