A Craig Kennedy scientific detective novel in all but name; for some reason the detective is called Guy Garrick. The surging flood of the motorcar produced new crimes and new criminals: car theft, and motor bandits; and an age-old crime: murder. Guy Garrick tracks down a gang.
The text is from a 2008 ebook posted by RWood, (in .prc format only) in the Kindle forum. I have found an original cover, and the missing frontispiece, and remade the book as .epub, .mobi and .azw3 formats.
