Because even though Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous (Wikipedia) seems like a terribly dated reference to make, it's nice to see more ménages à trois involve all the participants fully with each other and not just as two overlapping couples who happen to share one of their partners (though that works too, if all the participants are amenable and don't succumb to love triangle-like drama, which I've always thought should be resolved by threesomes anyway).
