Smile Hi Everybody

I'm new to the forum - which I found by accident - a lucky one at that!
and I do not currently own a reader but am very keen to get my hands on one within the next few days.

I am studying for an Open University degree and want to use an ebook reader to hold/store and keep all of my textbooks, working notes, reference manuals etc.. etc.. instead of carting about 25kg of paperwork everywhere I go.

I have looked at the Irex Iliad, Kindle 2, BeBook and Sony PRS-700BC.
My (wishlist) spec. is:
PDF, HTML, TXT, WORD - & other proprietory formats
MP3 - audio formats
Highlighting text, annotations, note taking, voice recording.
I would welcome any advice available especially from people with experience of products that may suit my requirements.
