Email notifications are handy, you can set them up in your profile page. That way you don't have to locate the thread to check for updates.

Actually you don't need to use email notification. Tapping User CP on the bar just below the mobilread logo will bring up a page that will display all threads that you have added information to. You can, on a case by case basis, remove these threads when you no longer have an interest in the topic. I use this all the time, to keep track and to answer them.
