Aura HD How to display Book Title Bar at the top of screen

Ever since the latest update, the aura HD couldn't display Book Title Bar for some reason, this leads to an awkward shift of text upwards almost touching the top edge of the bezel, leaving a huge amount of space at the bottom including the page number bar.
So guys any ideas how to turn on the Book title display bar?

Are you reading a book you bought from the Kobo bookstore, or a sideloaded book from some other source? By default, sideloaded books use a different rendering engine on the Kobo -- one that does not display a page header. You can sideload your books through Calibre and have them load as "kepub.epub" files ("kepubs"), and they will display with the ACCESS engine that usually does show a page header.

(Or you can just use a file manager to change the name of the book from "title.epub" to "title.kepub.epub" -- that should do the trick, too.)

Could you please instruct me on how to sideload it as Kepubs, I have it installed but couldn't find that feature. thank a mil

You have to install a plugin called KoboTouchExtended driver and disable the standard KoboTouch driver. Check the calibre forum for more info,
