Windows 10 - Calibre Not Detecting Kindle

Hello

I have a Kindle Oasis which used to work like a charm, but when I connected it to my laptop today, Calibre just wont detect it.

Below is the debug log, which comes out with no devices. Not sure of the next steps - any advice is appreciated please.

Your device has to show up in windows explorer before calibre has a chance of detecting it. Try a different usb cable/port or contact amazon for a replacement.
