Any way to create a "toc" guide item when converting HTML to MOBI?
In order for the Kindle "Go To... Table of Contents" menu item to work, there needs to be a "toc" guide item in the MOBI file, pointing to the start of the inline TOC in the book. Is there any way to add that guide item during the conversion process in Calibre? For example, if you create an HTML file and then use Calibre to convert it into a MOBI file?

Dont turn off the inline toc, it will automatically be marked as the toc.
