Error after installation of builded msi package
Hi!
After installation of builded (32bit, 64bit) msi package, I get error: Code:
Python function terminated unexpectedly No module named filename_pattern_ui (Error Code: 1) Code:
Python function terminated unexpectedly No module named send_email_ui (Error Code: 1) Why I get different msi packages (different sizes) after building? Issue on github Please, help me to understand. |

MSI files are for Windows. Do not even try to build Calibre for Windows unless you know a lot about building Calibre for Windows. Just use the .msi file downloaded from Calibre at https://calibre-ebook.com/
Also, this post does not belong in Development, since you are not developing anything. |

I adding feature important for me ("do_not_use_translit" bitbucket repository) and I want to build msi package for sources with my commits. But I can't build installation packages for official sources. Yes, I compile for the instruction.
When I start calibre with the environment variable CALIBRE_DEVELOP_FROM, added feature work fine. So I writing this thread in Development forum. |
