Greek symbols are not included in epub

Hello,

I created a word document with Office 2021, with Greek symbols (Gamma, Beta, Delta). I used the Insert - Symbol command in Word. When i convert to Epub with Calibre 7.2, the symbols are not included. It's empty. Any idea ?

Well, i think i've found already a solution : you should not use the symbol font in word, but the greek subset of a common font.
