Language detection
Hi,
Does anybody know how to specify in Calibre the language in which a book is written (the language, not the encoding), so the EPUB resulting will have the feature
in the content.opf file properly set? If I convert a book from an HTML lacking the lang property, the resulting EPUB has
(undefined), and as a result there is no hyphenation in readers like Ibooks... I actually thought Calibre could set this - I'm pretty sure the under the hood support is there, but you're correct that it doesn't seem to be in the GUI.
I'm not sure of a Calibre solution for you, but you should be able to use Sigil to edit arbitrary metadata quite easily. |

Adding support for setting boko languages via the GUI is on the TODO list.
