pre installed apps are like system apps cannot be removed without rooting. You get around 2gb space to install apps so unless you like to install very large games you really won't need to remove these apps.With almost 200 app installed my phone still has about 1.2gb left over. This is just the internal memory specially for installing apps the sd card memory is separate which can also be used for installing apps.
