The secret of the four truths is one that all leaders of Atlantis must endure. To come of age, Arius must do what is to be, and to start what now must be finished. On his adventure, he encounters four near-death experiences that change him, empower him and bring him closer to his destiny, to be the next ruler of his civilization, or if he fails, the bemused master of his own fate. Final Prophecy is fast-paced, full of turbulent drama and high emotions. The story is both pure SF and pure fairy tale, or rather a hybrid that embodies the best of both. In doing so, the story is laced with a high degree of researched technology and well developed characters.
