And the free Tor ebook for March is ...
Too Like The Lightning by Ada Palmer. It's the first book in the Terra Ignota series. Last edited by Moe The Cat; 03-20-2018 at 09:24 AM. |

Seems like it could be decent. Not sure when I'll get around to reading it, but that's the beauty of e-books; not like it's taking up space in my house, just a few kb on storage media.

Has it been a month already? The Tor ebookclub selection for April is Martha Wells' All Systems Red. This is the first in a new series. It's being offered free here to promote book 2, which is being released May 8th.
The free offer lasts until 11:59 Eastern time, April 9. |

It'd also be nice if they had fixed the problem from last year where it thinks you aren't signed up, even though you just followed the link from the e-mail about the free book. Including last year, I think I've signed up about ten times now.

I hear ya. I had to sign up again today, even though I got last month's book without having to do so.

I also thought I would have to sign up again, but the confirm process succeeded, and gave me a download link, the second time I tried.

Had to hit "Confirm" twice last time, this time it worked properly from the get-go.

Hitting confirm a second time has worked for me too.

And the May free ebook is now available.
It's Hannu Rajaniemi's The Quantum Thief. Again, as was the case last month, this selection is an older work (2010) to promote an upcoming publication (the author's Summerland is scheduled for publication on June 26th). |

You beat me to it, Monkey! I've been considering this book for a while. Now is the perfect opportunity to try it, free.
