1. Your book is DRM-protected.
2. The HTML files in you book are not encoded as UTF-8 files and require ISCII/ISFOC fonts and the other app that you're trying to read your book with ignores embedded fonts.

Try opening the book with Calibre Editor or Sigil. If you don't see Malayalam characters, try converting a larger HTML file to Unicode with different ISCII/ISFOC-to-UTF-8 converters. If you don't see Malayalam characters after the conversion, your book is DRM-protected.
