More Reader problems on Mac

I moved the library back to the local Mac.

When I type a location (like 35.9) into the goto field it throws:
calibre, version 0.8.30
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>IndexError</b>:list index out of range

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/viewer/main.py", line 409, in goto
IndexError: list index out of range

When I change the ref location in the nn.n/nnn field it jumps to the correct location, then when I click on the text in the main reader window it throws:
