docx to mobi TOC/Chapters - Bolded Text Question

I've converted my docx to mobi and everything is good except there is no TOC. I'd like the TOC to generate chapters based on the text that is in bold and/or the chapter numbers in the book (which are also in bold). Is there a quick command I can add to structure detection for it to create the TOC based off of everything that's bolded?

Alternatively, is there a way for me to create automatic headings inside Microsoft Word based on the bolded chapter titles/numbers? There are over a hundred numbers since these are aphorisms or short essays, so I'd like to not have to do it manually.

Edit: Nevermind. I figured out a satisfactory way to do it quickly with Word and a couple tweaks in Calibre.
