Replacing PRS900 with PRS950

I just ordered a PRS950. Planning on giving my PRS900 to my dad. Does anyone know how do I go about de-authorising the PRS900 and authorising the PRS950?

Related - I have a couple of subscriptions (WSJ and FT) and some books I bought in my SONY library. Once I authorize the PRS950, I should be able to access all of that content - am I correct?

Thanks.

V, This was a seamless sequence for me. I just de-authorized my old ereader (a 505) and authorized my 950.

No difficulties!

You should be able to do it all from the readers, I just signed into the store on my 950
And it did everything itself. And all your content will be available. It's linked to the account not the reader.
