Are there tagging apps for Android, which work well on e-ink, and work w/o swiping?

I'd like something to tag books which I've read, or books which I'm planning to check again for a given project.

It would have to work with e-ink, and would have to work without swiping or other gestures.

I tried Tagspaces but it's not designed for e-ink, I can't figure it out, and I can't read their documentation page. I don't know if it's designed for navigation without swiping.
