Props to M-Edge!
A couple of weeks ago, I lost my Eluminator light which came out of its slot on my Latitude book jacket. I posted about it here in the Sony thread and also I went back and did an update to my review on M-Edge about the fact that not being able to seal the light inside the cover was just an accident waiting to happen.
Well on Tuesday, I got an email from M-Edge telling me that they would be willing to not only replace the light but would also make a change to their Executive Jacket that will hold the light inside and send them to me if I would send back the Latitude jacket. They even made me one in black which isn't the regular option for the Executive jacket. Needless to say I took them up on it and yesterday I recieved my new jacket and light! Now it's this kind of customer service that will keep me a loyal and happy customer, thank you M-Edge!!! |

I really really like my numerous M-Edge jackets and lights! I've bought 6 jackets and I can't even count how many lights from them. I even use their lights clipped on paper back books. I'm glad to hear their customer service is as good as their products.

Niiice! I love their eluminator light and have gifted it to many a friend and family member, so I have a soft spot in my heart for them This makes me like them so much more.
Too bad their cases have the corner straps. Can you post a picture of the new case? |

Here you go. As for the corner straps, they don't really get in the way of my using the buttons and they keep the reader nice and secure.

I've always liked the look of the M-Edge products, but, my big rub on them, is that they use the corner straps. Myself and my wife have Sony Readers, which have mount points for covers. If I could use those instead of the corner straps, I'd much prefer it.

Very nice, what they did, and also how they made the cover just for you!

Nice. I have an M-edge Trip case for my KK and like it. The corners never bothered me either. Have a Belkin one for my Fire that has the corners too. No problems

I scored an e-luminator light at Target in Orlando for $4.99 a couple of weeks ago and just yesterday on a trip to Plattsburgh found the Executive cover in red for $7.00 at TJ Maxx! I'm a happy camper... correction... reader!
