Error with Content Server large files.

I've had trouble with large files (mostly scanned page PDFs, but also heavy image EPUBs) when trying to access them via the content server. Files up to about 5 MB in size seem reliable. Somewhere after that up to about 20 MB seem intermittent. Files of about 45 MB and up always seem to fail.

Using DownThemAll/FireFox on a PC, I usually get a File Size Mismatch error reported. Other d/l methods typically report no error, but have a 0 size. No errors appear in the server logs. Various browsers, phones, etc. have been tried.

Would someone else try their content server with large PDFs and report whether they see this problem? I'd appreciate it. It could be my server setup and not a Calibre problem.

Thanks!
