Max simultaneous conversion

I am converting my whole library to Epub.
Callibre on Linux, by default, seems to process 3 books at the same time.
Does it exist some manner of asking it to try to convert more books at each batch?

Try not to exceed the number of cores you have available. Doing so tends to slow the whole process down.

I have set mine to process 10 at a time, does all ten within 5 seconds. Yeah well I do have 16 threads now so giving calibre 10 for bulk conversion is not a big deal.

The person who ran into issues was using a 2 core 4 thread processor and set it convert 12 books simultaneously. Oddly when we checked the limit the max. simultaneous jobs to available CPU cores box, it took less time for the 200 books chunks he was converting at a time though the CPU was still pretty much pinned.
