They never did.


The only eInk I recall supporting lit were the Hanlin models from a few years ago (Astak EZ Readers, BeBooks, Eco Readers, etc.).

Device: A Franklin BI (before Internet) was the first. I still have it.
"LIT" is the best reading format I have ever used. It is my format of choice.

A tablet using a "native" MS OS should handle the MS Reader which is available still. I usually use it on a PC (laptop or desktop.)

Hmm I'm sure the Sony readers supported it when I had one.


Edit: I was confusing it with LRF files which the Sony reader could display.
