Voice pack for kindle (with version 3.3) in portuguese

I have a Kinde keyboard with kindle 3.3 version. Rather thn the english voice reader (used in text-to-speech), i would like to add a voice reader reading in portuguse. Cn any one help on thi matter?

i) which steps myst be followed
ii) where to get the needed files
