mouse wheel problem in Calibre

No matter which way I roll my mouse wheel, the Calibre list of books only scrolls down. I think this started 3 or 4 versions ago.

I'm using 6.32 in Win 7 x64. The wheel behaves properly in all other programs.

No problem 32 bit XP.
Press Scroll lock once and see what it does (Press again to put it back), some programs remeber the scroll lock position the last time they had Focus.

That did not work. But here is more info:

If I set the wheel in Control Panel to scroll 3 lines, it works properly. But I always set it to scroll 1 page at a time, and that immediately results in the Calibre scrolling problem.

Very odd.
