Large File Conversion Error

I am trying to convert a large text HTML file(5.2 MB) to MOBI. Smaller versions of the same pool of files work without problem, and I've recorded similar problems with files as small as 3.5 MB, at which point it seems to be chance whether or not the file will convert. There are no deviations in the conversion option from "normal".

I am using the Ubuntu version of the software, so if you aren't using Linux you'll probably not be able to recreate the error.

This has nothing to do with file size. google the last line in that log and you will find people with similar problems and their solution.

My particualr fix was from here, comment #4. I still wish I knew why that fixed it, but beggars can't be choosers(that, and I'm learning the wrong coding language).
