I have access for read book from my digital library for this format only OverDrive Read ? is possible with Writer2ePub convert to Epub for offline read or transfer to another device?

Once the book is downloaded to the Overdrive app, you don't need to be online to read it. Use the app on your smart phone or tablet.

Writer2epub is a extension of Libre Office / Open Office to export a odt (Open Text Document) file opened with it into a epub file.

And Overdrive has nothing to do with it.
