Transfer AZW instead of Mobi

In case I have an ebook with two formats (mobi and azw3) - how can I make calibre transfer the azw3 file to my kindle by default via usb connection?
By default it transfers the mobi file (which can't be hiphenated).

Right click the kindle icon in calibre and choose configure this device and move azw3 higher up the priority list than mobi
