Gilbert, Henry: King Arthur's Knights: The Tales Re-Told for Boys & Girls. 11 Sept 07

One of the greatest of all legends retold in simpler form for the rest of us. The knights, the round table, the days of greatness.

So how does this differ from King Arthur and His Knights by Maude L. Radford?

Both started with a base of Le Mort d'Arthur by Thomas Malory. From there each adapted and extracted the stories they saw fit to include and then each retold the legend in their own way. Yes, they do both cover some of the same ground; yet both are unique. There is also an extract from the original Malory text of the Holy Grail section in Harvard Classics Volume 35.

And they are both simplified for children.
