Calibre doesn't detect my Kobo H2O ed2

Hi,

I've been a calibre user forever and used it successfully with at least 6 different ereader.

I just bought a Kobo H2O to replace ma Aura One that is failing me. Received it today, configured it, plugged it on my computer with calibre 3.19.

computer sees it, I can access the content of the reader, but calibre doesn't detect it.

I tried on my laptop with the same result. tried to switch between normal and extended Kobo driver, same result
