I got the first copy in Hungary...
on Dec 23.

First observations: a bit messy reader programs. One reads .djvu and some .pdf, another most .pdf, a third one .epub and .mobi. The whole system is a bit chaotic. Reset is hidden under "privacy", for instance.

It does not seem to read .chm books, but is is capable of unzipping a .zip file on the fly and read what is inside. It cannot handle .rar files though.

The built-in radio does not seem to be too audible, the earphone socket seems to have connection problems.

You have 2 GB of user space in this tablet and
it recognizes an external 8GB micro SD card without a hitch.
It plays a regular .avi movie with ease.

The big question is: how many hours can the battery work without recharging? How long will the battery last? How can I install an .apk?

One can log onto a wifi network smoothly. Browsers lack features: playing certain movies, flash.

EPUB and PDF: -> Aldiko 2.0

MOBI / CHM: -> iReader

RAR: -> Androzip or unrar

Prices in Hungary, directly from Pocketbook representative, a helpful Russian-born guy:
1. Hungarian currency losing value rapidly thanks to the newly established dictatorship
2. Prices include 25% VAT. The VAT will be 27% from January 1, 2012

A10= 266 euros= $347
902= 292 euros= $381

After the requested 8 hour first charge of the battery, it took 5 hours and 40 minutes to reach the 20% level with full usage: downloading, installing, reading, browsing.

If we extrapolate, this means that it takes 7 hours initially to discharge the battery from 100% to 0%

It will take an estimated 2 1/2 hours to go back from 20% to 100% using the power adapter.

With the free WinAmp on Android, both .flac and .ape music can be played

A10 can play .avi and .mkv, it cannot play .flv
