retiring and reading
I am retiring and together with my wife are going into a new world
of technology and reading with a new Kindle-2.
We are bilingual(spanish-english) hope there is plenty of Spanish
books available on this new challenge with Kindle.
Any one on spanish quorum..??
I shall learn and help if I can.

Click on "ebooks"

Click on "mobipocket" under "formats"

Use the "search ebooks" bar to the far right, type in "Spanish". It will list books in different formats........you want the ".prc"

From laptop to Kindle-2
It arrived and downlod from Amazon worked fine and reading.....BUT...
went to mannybooks.com and downloaded to lap-top several spanish
books....Tried the hook-up with the usb cable and transferred acouple
books,some photos(jpg) and a MP3 song for testing.... BUT

There is nothing on the Kindle-2 after the proper disconnect..

looked all over...NOthing....

Reconnected the kindle to laptop and it shows the Kindle contents
with the new books,photos and Mp-3 as "mass storage device" and can open and read etc etc.

Now H E L P...what am I doing totally wrong...??

I am all ears for help...??.

Sorry but will learn soon...( I did follow all written instructions as received).
