Adobe DRM problems on GlowLight Plus

Hi all! When I go into settings to setup an adobe id for the DRM, it tells me that my username or password are incorrect, despite being able to log in just fine with that username and password online. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

I have had this problem before as well - I had to connect to a different wifi source and this seemed to resolve the issue
