Angry V3 "Feature" Full Screen Add Book Dialog
Ever since V3 when I go to open a book the open file dialog is full screen. It shows a resize handle in the corner but can't be resized. F11 has no effect. There is no full screen icon in the upper right. Nothing I do will shrink this to a normal size and this full screen mode gets in the way of everything--often I can't push the open button because it's overlayed by various notifications in the lower right.

Is this a known bug? Is this unique to my install? Workarounds?

You did in a previous window a maximize window. Simply right-click in top of the windows frame and choose restore window (mainly the first entry in the context menue).
