I just bought a nook hd+. How do i make folders to put apps in my home page?

I don't think you can do that....what I do is add a launcher, either Go Launcher or ADW Launcher works on mine, and either of those can do folders.

I should have said I have Nova launcher on my nook. I can find the folder settings but cannot find how to make new folders

To create a folder, just drag the icon of one of the targeted apps and drop it on the icon of another app of that set. To rename the newly created folder, touch and hold the folder and choose "edit".
