Kobo used to have Android tablets. I doubt they will reenter that market space (apart from their Tolino line where Android is very well hidden).

I thought so too. But they've since moved into audio books and will be competing with Amazon, which does have the very successful Fire tablet, so I don't think it's 100% entirely out of the question. Perhaps they're testing the waters, who knows?
