Which has been demonstrated to be out of date, and the author seems to not be interested in updating it.

You want the list, you say you're willing to update it, so do it. It wont be a copy of this post since, again, this post it out of date.

@JSWolf: Not that I remember, which is why I recommended a "manual" workaround, of merging the entirety of the old thread below post #1 in a new thread, which I do know is possible .

A lot of what's in the first message of this thread no longer work, link to old versions, are obsolete, or could just plin brick your Kobo. SO BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING IN THE FIRST POST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Look in the Kobo forum and in the Kobo Developer forum.

A lot has changed in 2 years 4 months. I checked out a number of those links and they don't link to the correct location. The problem is that the person who created the list has gone and there is nobody able to update the list in the first post.

Add-on, hacks, patches, etc. should be in a separate wiki page. Q&A for these can also be part of the same page.

Ok, I've very quickly thrown together a page with a lot of the teaks all in one place.

I've done a very quick (and incomplete and poor I'm sure) job of cherry picking the tweaks that still work. There's a *lot* of them, so I've kinda sampled though to try to give an example of the best rather than being thorough and getting them all.

If you feel I've left out something important, please add it. I may add more in another pass, but there's so many and it's really hard to tell which ones are obsolete.

edit: I've also added some things from memory that I can't find the original forum threads for. For instance, I remember demomode having some side effect where it clears reading status or somethign like that, but I can't find it.
