Several broken recipes - La Jornada, El Universal - Impresa, Milenio-diario

Hi,

The following three built in recipes seem to be broken.

El Universal (Edicion Impresa) - does not complete
Milenio-diario (runs, but does not dowload any articles)
La Jornada (Mexico) - does not complete

The first two are based on index pages that no longer exist. Somebody who reads the language is going to have to rewrite them. The last one works for me.
