This one has a memorable chapter 6, with sections on ‘How to Stand’, ‘How to Walk’, ‘How to Sit’ and even ‘How to Lie Down’ – all activities I believe that I have successfully managed without instruction.

There is a lot of information on ‘How to Breathe’. When I stop doing this, I don’t suppose it will be for want of advice.
