Metadata/regex help

Trying to get part of the title into the series_index field. Can someone tell what I'm doing wrong from the attached screenshot?

Thanks!

You're only replacing what you grab, so you need to grab the whole string.

(\d+).*

or

(\d+)-.*

You are thinking you can do this in one pass

Step 1 (you are mostly there)
grab the numeric before the dash and shove it into the Series_index (this assumes the CORRECT Series Name is present)

Step 2 (after verifying step 1 succeeded)
Remove the numeric and Dash, (Same find, no replace value) in the title.
