Fresh install Linux Mint 22 - Can anyone help me install calibre?

Some of this is in my previous thread, but this is a new issue.

I very recently did a fresh install of mint 22. I downloaded the repository version of calibre. I took the advice of JSWolf and uninstalled it due to various things on it not working. So I uninstalled and went to the Calibre site.

When trying to download, I received this message in my terminal screen: You are missing the system library libxcb-cursor.so.0. Try installing packages such as libxcb-cursor0 or xcb-cursor

Maybe this is a very simple thing (if you know linux at all), maybe not. Someone here might be able to help or point me in the direction I need to find the info.

Solved! After messing with this for days, I found a post on a site called "ideamapper" that walked someone through this same thing, although maybe not for the exact same reason, but they needed that "libxcb-cursor0", whatever it is.

In any case, my new, up-to-date Calibre is installed and running. Time to go play and see if I can figure this thing out.

This thread will help - "won't run on Linux Mint" https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...libxcb-cursor0 - beaten to it by the OP.

BTW using this site search forum for the text "libxcb-cursor0" returned that link as the first choice answer.
