New Install
Hello All!!

My book collection is >700, and I am installing version 3.32. I want to organize my library in a manner that is "Simple & Clean."

After installation, what tweaks do veteran Calibre users regard as "Essential?"

FWIW
I'm a fossil, so I made choices more in line with the days I visited a Public Library with the card catalog drawers in the center. I also prefer to hand touch-up rather than full automatic my metadata. YMMV

Why are you installing an old version - 3.32 and not the latest - 3.38.1?

If it's from a Linux distro forget it, better to get the latest from calibre - Download calibre

I will included this among the many times that I was glad to learn that I was wrong.

I misunderstood and I realized that I had an older version. I uninstalled, then re-installed the latest version, and JobSpy installed perfectly, I am so thrilled!!

Your suggestions were so helpful and I apologize if my misunderstanding created any confusion.
