Any UK users ?
I have a friend who is wondering if the Nook will work in the UK (with the appropriate mains style adapter) ? They are thinking of the wi-fi only version of the Nook and doing side loading (from a Mac) is not a concern.
Thanks in advance... |

Good to have your company, Rbur. The Nook will work fine for your pal in the UK. The wee problem is geographical restrictions on many books in the Barnes & Noble US-based ebook store. His/her best bet would be to download free Calibre library software and shop around for titles. Best wishes. Neil

If you use an USA mail forwarding address from Borderlinx or USunlocked as shipping and billing address of your B&N account, you can also order the Nook from the B&N website (using the VPN). |
