conversion error

I recently developed a problem trying to convert my ebooks to other formats. I'm using 0.6.45 on a Windows Vista platform. The problem doesn't seem to be with any particular input or output format.

I get an basic error message that the conversion failed. I was afraid that I had incorrectly set one of my Preferences, but have tried and tried and can't figure out which one. Here are the conversion error "details." Does anyone have any suggestions where to start looking? Thanks in advance

This will be because you have changed the header and footer removal regular expressions to blanks. Set them instead to

^$

or uncheck the remove header and remove footer options
