Also ich liebe ja Thunfisch. Ganz kurz und knallheiss auf zwei Seiten angegrillt oder gebraten, mit einem rohen Kern. Leider aber scheint man sich in letzter Zeit in den Restaurants verschworen zu haben, den armen Thun noch im Tode zu quälen, ihn bis zum Gräulichwerden in der lauwarmen Pfanne herumhängen zu lassen und ihn dann in einer glutamatreichen Pampe zu servieren.

Ich sage: Schützt den Thunfisch! Gebt ihm ein Recht auf eigenes Aroma, verbietet Mehlpampe als Zutat und rettet meine Geschmackspapillen!

Bestell doch deinen Thuni einfach "blutig" oder "englisch". Aber Vorsicht bei den Gräten!

Fisch isst man doch nicht innen Roh!

In Italien habe ich vor paar Jahren mal "falschen Thunfisch" gegessen. Das war eigentlich Fleisch, hat aber exakt wie Thunfisch geschmeckt.

Lustig, mir hat mein Vater mal Thunfisch als Hühnchen angedreht ... Seitdem bin ich aber Chili con Tonno-Fan.

Ich find's auch unsinnig, Rinderfische innen roh zu essen. Die blöden Kühe bleiben doch sowieso nicht lange genug unter Wasser!

Du meinst sicher vitello tonnato (Kalbfleisch mit Thunfischsosse). Ist eine italienische Spezialität und LECKER. Da ess sogar ich noch Fleisch
