Error Communicating with Device - SD Card

Hi,

My Sony PRS-505 main memory is fine and I can upload/read ebooks fine.

This problem seems to be the memory card.
All ebooks on the memory card are visible in Calibre and can be read on device. Calibre says there is 1.5 GB free on a 2GB sd card.

Now I'm getting an Error Communicating with Device when I try to upload ebooks to storage B memory card.

The error log us below ...

Reformat your card with the FAT32 filesystem

Ah ... I was hoping to avoid starting uploading from scratch.

But if that will fix it - I'll have to.
